We operate a fast-paced kitchen focused on quality, efficiency, and cleanliness. We take pride in running an organised kitchen where everyone works as a team and standards are always maintained.

Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to support our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of kitchen experience and be comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment. This role requires someone who learns quickly, works efficiently, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organised workspace. Experience in a Chinese commercial kitchen/Cantonese speaking would be a benefit.

Working Hours

  • Minimum 20 hours per week
  • Shifts available between Tuesday and Sunday
  • Flexibility to work different shifts within these days is preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting chefs with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks
  • Washing, cleaning, and organising kitchen equipment and workstations
  • Maintaining high standards of kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene
  • Restocking ingredients and supplies as required
  • Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
  • Ensuring all areas of the kitchen remain tidy and organised at all times

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a kitchen environment
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Quick learner who can pick up tasks and procedures easily
  • Good common sense and initiative
  • Strong attention to cleanliness and organisation
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
