FREE UP YOUR DAY! and come and work with our early team.

This job is ideal for chef looking for a change as well as bakers. We have a lot of ex Chefs working.

You will be producing our Artesian Sourdough, Vennioserie and Puff pastry goods,

We start work at 2am and finish at 9:30am

We make everything from scratch using the very best ingredients and traditional methods, no corners cut, and full training given no matter what experience you have.

This is a physical hands-on job, shaping and cutting doughs but also requires delicate touch for cakes and croissants.

The work is methodical and you will work five days in a week and will be contracted for 37.5 hours per week.

We require high personal hygiene standards, and uniform and shoes are supplied.

You must have your own transport as no buses available at this time in the morning.

We require from all our staff

Punctuality, commitment and reliability, attending scheduled shifts, good communication skills, and a passion for food and baking.

Our high standards must be maintained as our customers pay for a premium product, we are very proud of what we make.

· Previous Baking experience is advantageous but not essential for enthusiastic learners

· Have your own transport (we’re rural)
