Responsibilities

  • Lead informative and lively guided tours in English+Korean or English+Chinese, ensuring an engaging experience for diverse groups of visitors
  • Share historical facts, cultural insights, and local stories with enthusiasm to enhance guest understanding and enjoyment
  • Manage tour logistics, including coordinating start times, route planning, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
  • Answer visitor questions clearly and confidently, providing personalized recommendations when appropriate
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while managing multiple groups or individuals during tours
  • Collect feedback from guests to improve tour quality and ensure high satisfaction levels
