1. Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager to lead engineering, construction, and overall project delivery. Positioned at the intersection of Headquarters (HQ) and the UK branch, while bridging Sales, Engineering/Construction Operations, and external clients, the ideal candidate will serve as the primary operational representative on-site (working alongside the Site Manager) to ensure seamless execution and timely project delivery.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • On-Site Operational Leadership: Serve as the key operational representative on-site, overseeing engineering, construction, and daily execution workflows alongside the Site Manager.
  • Client & Key Stakeholder Communication: Act as the direct point of contact for clients, managing technical expectations, resolving project issues, and maintaining strong client relations.
  • HQ & Branch Coordination: Align local engineering and construction operations with Headquarters' strategic directives, standards, and global policies.
  • Project Schedule & Delivery Management: Track and manage end-to-end project schedules, engineering milestones, and construction progress from post-sales handover to final commissioning.
  • Sales & Operations Bridge: Translate sales agreements and technical scope into actionable engineering and construction execution plans.
  • Risk & Timeline Management: Proactively identify field-level bottlenecks, structural delays, and technical risks, implementing prompt mitigation strategies.

3. Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven track record in Engineering/Construction Project Management, Field Operations, or HQ-Branch coordination (3 or more years).
  • Skills: Strong expertise in multi-project schedule management, on-site construction oversight, and technical risk management.
  • Communication: Exceptional client-facing, cross-functional, and technical communication skills.
  • Attributes: Highly organized, proactive problem-solver, and capable of balancing competing technical, commercial, and operational priorities across different time zones.
  • Work Visa Holders of a visa that allows them to work legally in the UK

4. Salary & Other information

  • Annual Salary: correction after interview
  • Recruitment: Full-time
  • Working hours: 8 hours / 5days
  • Holiday: 28 days inclusive of Bank Holiday
