Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail & Delivery Team Member to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing retail displays, and ensuring smooth delivery operations. The ideal candidate will possess organisational skills, leadership qualities, and a proactive attitude to contribute to our vibrant retail environment. Previous supervisory experience and proficiency with design software are advantageous. This position offers an engaging work environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in-store, providing friendly and efficient service to enhance their shopping experience
  • Manage retail displays, ensuring merchandise is well-presented and organised according to merchandising standards
  • Coordinate and execute delivery schedules, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of goods
  • Supervise junior team members, offering guidance and support to maintain high standards of service
  • Utilise Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating promotional materials and visual displays
  • Maintain organisational records related to inventory, sales, and deliveries using administrative skills
  • Support the team in stock replenishment, merchandising, and store maintenance tasks
  • Communicate effectively with team members across departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Multilingual abilities are beneficial for assisting diverse customer bases

Experience

  • Proven supervisory or leadership experience within retail or delivery environments
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual content creation
  • Experience in merchandising and stock organisation
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and optimise workflow
  • Administrative experience related to inventory control or sales processing is preferred
  • Multilingual capabilities are considered an asset for engaging with a diverse clientele
