Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, curious, and reliable Laboratory Technician to support the development and production of premium skincare products. This role would suit someone with a genuine interest in science, skincare, food, beauty, or product development. Formal qualifications are less important than attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. If you have some commercial experience that would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare laboratory batches and product samples.
  • Assist with product development, testing, and stability trials.
  • Accurately record results and maintain laboratory documentation.
  • Organise raw materials, samples, and laboratory equipment.
  • Support quality control and production activities.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organisation.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Practical, hands-on approach with a positive attitude.
  • Organised, reliable, and eager to learn.
  • Interest or experience in skincare, cosmetics, food production, hospitality, science, manufacturing, or a similar industry.
