We are seeking an experienced, general multi-skilled operative to work on project and reactive maintenance works within commercial buildings.

Key responsibilities & Skills

  • Experience in general building maintenance, such as; Locks, Tiling, Commercial door systems, Decorating, minor carpentry; Roofing etc
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial reactive maintenance and projects
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • IT Literate including iPhone/iPad and Android devices - Use of daily apps
  • Full UK driving license
  • Own tools - Essential
  • Respond to reactive maintenance requests, including emergency call outs
  • Carry out day to day maintenance repairs in hotels & restaurants
  • Log works VIA RNW & client apps
