Junior CDP – Full time and Part time positions available - The Lakeside Brasserie, South Cerney

At the Lakeside Brasserie we recognise that great team in the kitchen is the key ingredient to our success. Are you looking to expand your experience? The Lakeside Brasserie in South Cerney is looking for a Junior CDP to join our team!

The Brasserie is located in the beautiful Cotswolds around a lake. The family run business compiles a events space, bar, brasserie and water sports on the lake.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with food preparation and ensure high-quality standards
  • Follow health and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen
  • Take on deep cleaning duties to keep the kitchen running smoothly
  • Support the team during service periods
  • Ensure delivery of operational standards

Job Type: Full-time – this is a seasonal business with summer being our busiest time. As you would expect we also work all relevant bank holidays. In general the work pattern would be as follows:

Salary: (dependent upon skills and experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £11.50-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 45 per week
