Lakeside Bar Restaurant jobs

Karma Lake of Menteith, Port of Menteith is looking to add skilled team members to it's existing strong Food and Beverage department, working across our Port Bar and Lakeside Restaurant the team serve around 40-100 guests per day.

Duties:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized area
- Collect payment from customers and provide accurate change
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure excellent customer service
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions
- Hospitality skills to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink prices
- Experience in food service or food handling is a plus
- Familiarity with cashiering procedures
- Knowledge of brewing techniques for specialty drinks is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
