essional Family Practitioner - (Enabling Family Time) – Lancashire and Surrounding Areas
Make a lasting difference for children and families We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Family Practitioner to join our Family Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in delivering Enabling Family Time (EFT) – supporting children and families to build safe, positive and meaningful relationships.
Hours of work:
Remote base with community-based delivery | Sessional contract | No mutual-obligation of hours
Salary:
£13.63-£14.53 per hour
Location:
R- emote working for administrative tasks. D
- elivery in community venues, family homes, and local settings as required. A
bout the role:
D- eliver safe, structured and high-quality family time sessions. O
- bserve, assess and report on interactions between children and family members. P
- rovide practical support and guidance to both children and parents. P
- romote positive parenting and address challenges such as co-parenting and engagement. C
- arry out risk assessments and act decisively to safeguard children. M
- anage a caseload, keeping accurate and timely records. P
- roduce professional reports that may inform court proceedings. W
- ork collaboratively with other professionals and attend court when required Your work will directly contribute to informed decision-making and better outcomes for children. W
