Full job description

This isn't a job for everyone... and that's exactly the point but, if you've consistently been one of the top performers wherever you've sold before, we should be talking.

If you're looking for one appointment every other day, a quiet life, and plenty of excuses... this probably isn't for you.

If you wake up every morning expecting to make a sale, read on.

Don't apply if:

  • You only want a couple of appointments a week.
  • You complain about driving an extra few miles.
  • You need someone constantly looking over your shoulder.
  • You think "that'll do" is good enough.

Do apply if:

  • You want to be busy and earn serious money.
  • You see every appointment as an opportunity.
  • Driving home with a sale and an installation booked for two days later makes your day.
  • You enjoy meeting homeowners and genuinely helping them improve their homes.
  • You're competitive, self-motivated and don't need to be chased.

About the role

We're looking for Loft Surveyors who can build rapport, carry out professional surveys and confidently present solutions to homeowners.

You'll work independently, managing your own day, while being backed by an experienced office team who handle the administration, scheduling and installation process. That means you can focus on what you do best—meeting customers and closing deals.

Experience

Previous experience in:

  • Home improvements
  • Conservatories, windows, doors, solar, insulation
  • Timeshare
  • Direct sales

...is a huge advantage, but attitude beats experience every time. If you've got drive, a willingness to learn and the determination to succeed, we'll teach you the rest.

What we're looking for

  • A genuine closer.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A positive attitude.
  • Self-discipline.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Someone who wants to earn well by working hard.

This isn't a Monday-to-Friday desk job. It's a role for people who enjoy being out, meeting customers and getting rewarded for results.

If you're the type of person who celebrates a sale, looks forward to the next appointment and believes every day should end with a win... we'd love to hear from you.

Only serious closers need apply.

Pay: £50,000.00-£100,000.00 per year

Work Location: On the road
