We are seeking a motivated and skilled Hard Landscaper Groundworks professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality groundworks and hard landscaping projects that enhance outdoor spaces. Your expertise will help transform landscapes into functional, aesthetically pleasing environments. Responsibilities

  • Prepare sites by clearing, excavating, and leveling ground to ensure a solid foundation for landscaping features
  • Construct and install hard landscaping elements such as patios, pathways, retaining walls, fences, and decking using appropriate materials and techniques
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks accurately
  • Collaborate with team members to plan project layouts and ensure adherence to design specifications
  • Perform site inspections to maintain safety standards and quality control throughout each phase of the project

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hard landscaping, groundworks, or related construction roles with a focus on outdoor projects
  • Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools essential for groundworks and landscaping tasks
  • Ability to read technical drawings and interpret project plans accurately
  • Physical stamina to perform demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions
