Full job description

Overview

As a Landscaper/Gardener, you will care for outdoor spaces through practical landscape maintenance, gardening and groundskeeping. You will use suitable tools and equipment to keep sites tidy, healthy and functional, while adapting your work to the needs of each area.

Duties

  • Maintain lawns, planting beds, paths and other landscaped areas, carrying out routine groundskeeping and seasonal gardening tasks. This will be at our site in Lenwade, at various other properties owned by the company and on company work sites (largely ground finishing after civil engineering works)
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely and appropriately; undertake basic maintenance and apply mechanical knowledge when checking equipment.

Skills

Required: Practical capability with landscape maintenance, gardening, groundskeeping, hand tools and power tools, alongside care when maintaining equipment and outdoor areas. Preferred: Mechanical knowledge, familiarity with irrigation and excavator work, and construction experience or horticulture knowledge can help you contribute across a wider range of landscaping tasks.

Pay: £26,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
