We are a vibrant, professional landscape design and build company based on the Surrey/Hampshire border. We take immense pride in our skills and workmanship, working with some fantastic designers and architects to create our customer's dream gardens.

We are looking for a new Hard Landscaper to help us continue to grow, working as part of a team to build some exceptional high-end gardens. The ideal candidate would need to have at least 2 years experience working in a hard landscaping role.

We have been featured on Gardeners World, after our show garden at BBC Gardeners World Live won a Gold medal, best Show Garden and People's Choice award. We also won gold and silver merit awards at 2024's APL Awards, and are shortlisted for four more awards for 2025. We are excited about our future, and want to grow and develop our company with people who are passionate about landscaping and want to create some beautiful spaces with us.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with a Team Foreman and labourers to carry out projects from start to completion.
  • Working from technical scale-drawn designs and plans from our garden designers, with support from our Projects Manager.
  • Accurately handling volumes and quantities of materials on-site, measuring accurately.
  • Carrying out all aspects of garden landscaping work, including excavations, paving, walling, turf, fencing, decking, carpentry work, steps, block-paving and installing water-features.
  • Competently using landscaping machinery as well as using a 1.5 tonne digger (preferred).

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years landscaping experience (essential)
  • Experience leading other staff members in a landscaping environment would be desirable but is not essential.
  • A strong understanding of health and safety processes in the workplace.
  • Polite, reliable, approachable, professional and honest.
  • Excellent communication skills with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
  • You MUST have your own transport and be able to commute to GU24 each morning. Please note we are NOT close to public transport links.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm

Optional overtime may be available.

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year (dependent on experience)
