looking for laborers, groundoworkers and machine drivers. so we can put you into teams of 3. individuals or gangs can apply

All succesful candidates are needed to be part of the CIS Scheme and have driving licence . And any tickets relevant to any machinery you can opperate.

Duties:
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, trenching, and excavating
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of underground utilities
- Operate hand tools and power equipment as needed
- Assist with concrete work, including pouring and finishing
- Clean and maintain job sites to ensure safety and organization
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Experience:
- Previous experience in construction or related field preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools and power equipment
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints is a plus
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license is preferred

Ability to Relocate:

  • Barnstaple, Devon: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
