Job Description:
We are seeking skilled landscapers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the grounds of our offices, residential and commercial properties. You will play a crucial role in creating attractive and functional outdoor spaces for our clients and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
– Perform general landscaping tasks, including planting, weeding, pruning, and mowing.
– Design and implement garden layouts and landscape features.
– Maintain lawns, flowerbeds, shrubs, and trees to a high standard.
– Carry out seasonal tasks such as leaf clearing, snow removal, and de-icing.
– Ensure the safe use and maintenance of landscaping tools and equipment.
– Report any necessary repairs or replacements to the management team.
– Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
– Previous landscaping experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Knowledge of plants, flowers, and gardening techniques.
– Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
– Reliable and punctual.
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
