AS A FIRST STEP, you’ll need a range of hard landscaping skills, like laying patios, erecting structures, building retaining walls, groundworks, etc.

SECONDLY, for the Team Leader role, you will need to have led a team before, ideally in a landscaping environment, project managing the build and motivating your team to achieve a high-quality finish within deadline.

If you don’t have the supervisory experience that’s fine, we can train you up, or you can be one of our skilled / senior landscapers.

For any of our roles here, you will need to have a positive attitude to not only your own work but also your team.

We transform customers’ gardens in Leicestershire and surrounding counties. Your working week will be Monday to Friday, 40 hours.
