Full job description

CW Landscapes ltd is a well established and growing business looking to expand our team. The working times will be Monday to Friday, with hours mainly between 6:30- 4:30 although flexibility is needed due to the nature of the work.

We offer great career prospects, competitive salary and training in all aspects of Landscaping along with 28 days pro rata holiday(inclusive of bank holidays) with a loyalty reward of 1 additional day per year worked up to 5 years.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience of working for National house builders.
  • Is confident to lead a team of Landscapers.
  • Strong organisational skills to enable you to oversee staff and run own jobs.
  • Willingness to train and support staff to learn and develop in their roles.
  • Experienced Landscaper and leader
  • Strong team player who enjoys working alongside others but can also work well on their own.
  • Reliable, hard working and has a good can do attitude.
  • Full driving license is essential.
  • CSCS essential
