Full job description

We are looking for hardworking and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Skilled Hard Landscaper.

This is a physically demanding, yet rewarding and competitively paid role, involving working in small teams of 2 or 3.

The successful candidates will need:

  • Extensive experience in hard landscaping, including paving and brickwork
  • Must be able to lead a team, run a project, set out and lay paving and bricks
  • Good experience in landscaping, timber work, planting, turfing and working on sites in private gardens and schools would be advantageous
  • Work well in a small team
  • A keen eye for detail, being able to work to a very high standard
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure projects are completed on time
  • A positive can-do attitude towards work
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to speak informatively and professionally with our clients
  • Must have a clean driving licence
  • Be able to have a suitable Enhanced DBS search to work in schools
  • Be able to work on sites in London, Surrey occasionally Sussex and Kent
  • Must have ability to get to our yard in Dorking each morning

Employment Details:

  • 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
  • Salary according to experience and subject to a probationary period
  • 28 days paid holiday annually including bank holidays
  • Company uniform is provided
