Full job description

Overview
We are seeking skilled Fencers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fencing, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Our teams install steel estate fencing, edging and a range of other steel products throughout the United Kingdom. The individual will be working in a team with other experienced individuals.

The work is varied and the majority of jobs will involve staying away from home Monday - Friday with overnight stays throughout the UK, therefore a flexible approach is required.

Duties

  • Install Estate Fencing, Steel Edging, Steel Weave Fencing and other outdoor steel products nationwide.
  • Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete fencing projects.
  • Arc welding our products on site.
  • Ensure all fencing is plumb and level, adhering to specified measurements.
  • Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in fencing or related construction fields.
  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools is essential.
  • Arc welding experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Good physical fitness; ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • A full clean driver's licence is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
