Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Hot Tub Supervisor / Groundsman and become a vital part of creating relaxing, well-maintained outdoor environments! In this energetic role, you will oversee the upkeep and operation of hot tubs, ensuring they are safe, clean, and inviting for guests. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for groundskeeping and landscape maintenance around the facility, contributing to a pristine outdoor setting that enhances guest experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine mechanical skills with grounds management in a lively, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily operation and maintenance of hot tubs, including water quality checks, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections
  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of hot tubs to ensure health standards are met
  • Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, planting, and weed control to keep outdoor areas attractive and safe
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and gardening equipment to carry out groundskeeping duties efficiently
  • Monitor and troubleshoot, performing basic repairs
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, safety checks, and equipment inspections to ensure compliance and smooth operations

About You

Essential:

  • Practical, hands-on experience in general maintenance / DIY
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Reliable, flexible and able to work independently as well as part of a small team
  • Good communication skills and a polite, professional manner with guests

Desirable:

  • Previous experience maintaining hot tubs / spa pools
  • Spa Pool Plant Operator qualification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Basic plumbing, electrical or building maintenance experience
  • Experience in a holiday park, hospitality or similar guest-facing environment
