As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced, hands-on professional to lead installation projects, deliver contractor training, and maintain the exceptional quality standards that have made Ecobunker the industry benchmark.

The Role

As Installation, Training & Contract Manager, you will play a key role in delivering Ecobunker projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for training contractors and golf course teams, managing installation projects, overseeing quality assurance, and ensuring all work is completed to Ecobunker's engineered specifications.

This is a varied and rewarding role combining practical site work, project management, technical training, logistics coordination, and client support.

Location

This is a remote UK-based role. During the initial onboarding period, regular attendance at our Pontyclun, South Wales head office will be required. Candidates based in Wales are preferred, although location is not essential for the right candidate. The role includes regular UK-wide travel and occasional overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver on-site installation training to contractors, greenkeeping teams, and subcontractors.

· Lead and undertake Ecobunker installations on smaller projects.

· Manage and oversee subcontractors on larger multi-bunker construction projects.

· Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with Ecobunker standards.

· Coordinate materials, deliveries, suppliers, and site logistics.

· Act as the primary on-site representative for clients and contractors.

· Maintain project records, training logs, and quality assurance documentation.

About You

You will have experience in construction, landscaping, sports turf, groundworks, or a related technical environment and be comfortable leading teams on-site while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Essential Requirements

· Experience leading installation or construction projects.

· Strong practical and technical skills.

· Experience training or supervising site teams.

· Excellent organisational and communication abilities.

· Experience managing subcontractors and multiple workstreams.

· Full UK driving licence.

· Ability to travel throughout the UK, including overnight stays when required.

Desirable

· Experience in golf course construction or sports turf environments.

· Knowledge of drainage systems, geotextiles, or synthetic construction products.

· CSCS certification or equivalent site safety training.
