Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Landscaper to join our vibrant groundskeeping team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are beautiful, healthy, and functional. Your expertise will help create inviting environments that inspire relaxation and enjoyment for clients and visitors alike. Responsibilities

  • Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor areas pristine and visually appealing
  • Operate various power tools such as hedge trimmers, blowers, and lawn mowers efficiently and safely
  • Use hand tools for planting, digging, edging, and other groundskeeping activities to ensure precise results
  • Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, or installing components to promote healthy plant growth
  • Operate heavy machinery like excavators for landscaping projects involving grading or excavation work
  • Conduct routine groundskeeping duties including debris removal, soil preparation, and fertilization
  • Assist with construction projects such as installing walkways, retaining walls, or garden features using appropriate tools and techniques

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping with a strong understanding of horticulture principles
  • Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, irrigation systems, and small machinery operation
  • Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping tasks
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment such as excavators safely and effectively
  • Knowledge of gardening practices and groundskeeping standards to ensure healthy landscapes
  • Construction experience is a plus for assisting with outdoor projects involving structural elements
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions
