Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Hard Landscaper with groundwork and general building experience to join our team.

The role would consist of undertaking Landscaping projects such as driveway and patio installations, light brick & blockwork, installing closeboard & panelled fencing, natural and artificial grass etc.

Aside from Landscaping, any applicant must be experienced in groundwork, specifically driving plant such as diggers & dumpers, running drainage and excavation for foundations and pouring concrete.

Any applicant must live local to the Surbiton area, have a full UK driving license and be experienced in all of the above.

On an average day, you'd be expected to collect your company vehicle from our office and begin work at 7.30am, finishing at 4pm with a 30 minute lunch break at 12pm.

You would be working as part of a two person team, alongside a team of 14 other tradesmen on projects throughout the Surbiton area.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £33,148.00-£42,000.00 per year

• Paving: 5 years (required)
• Digger driving: 5 years (preferred)
• Fencing: 5 years (preferred)
• Drainage and groundwork: 5 years (preferred)
• Foundations & concreting: 5 years (preferred)
• Turfing: 5 years (preferred)
• Landscaping: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
