About us

EdenGreen Gardens is a soft landscaping contractor based in Fleet, Hampshire. We work for housebuilders and developers on new-build residential sites, and we also take on private residential jobs. We’re a small, tight-knit team, so you’ll be a valued part of the crew, not just a number on a site register.

The role

We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working soft landscaper to join us on construction sites. You’ll be working on plots and public open spaces, getting new homes and developments finished to a high standard ready for handover.

Day-to-day work includes:

  • Laying turf and preparing ground (cultivating, levelling, topsoiling)
  • Planting shrubs, hedging, trees and herbaceous beds from planting plans
  • Mulching, bark and weed membrane installation
  • Tree staking, ties and guards
  • Seeding and grass areas for open spaces
  • Plot clean-ups and snagging before handover
  • Working safely alongside other trades on live construction sites

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in soft landscaping or grounds work (new-build experience is a bonus)
  • A CSCS card, or willingness to get one (we can support the right person)
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)
  • Able to read basic planting plans and follow instructions
  • Good timekeeping and a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable with physical, outdoor work in all weathers
  • A pride in leaving a tidy, quality finish
