To be successful in this role you will have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and be able to lead, organise and motivate your team to deliver high end gardens for our clients in Essex and the surrounding areas. You will have a keen eye for detail and a proven track record in all aspects of landscape construction. You will always have excellent communication skills and a professional and approachable manner. You will be flexible, hardworking and enjoy the challenge that comes with working in a rapidly growing company.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Working with team leaders to deliver key domestic landscaping projects on time and on budget.
- Be able to work in a team of 2 - 5 landscapers on site.
- Understand design drawings and set out sites and levels.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Ensure you and your work mates adhere to H&S guidelines and wear correct PPE.
- Experience of using Plant Machinery safely.
- Excellent knowledge of laying all types of paving, setts, and stone.
- Experience in blockwork, brickwork and retaining walls.
- Excellence in constructing decking, fencing and timber structures.
- Knowledge of shrub and tree planting.
- Turfing and seeding.
