Are you a currently working as a Construction/Landscape Project Manager with proven experience working on playgrounds and recreational projects, managing multiple live projects from start through to completion?

We are now seeking an accomplished Project Manager (Construction/Landscaping) to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in ensuring our success in delivering outstanding large-scale recreational projects.

The Role in brief: Project management of multiple Playground and Landscape projects involving programme delivery, logistics, client liaison, labour and resource scheduling, procurement, budget control and daily task management. All and any other tasks according to the needs of the business and commensurate with the employee’s status and experience.

This role is full time, Monday through to Friday and based at our Dartford office. Your work commute should be no more than 45 minutes and you will need to have a driving licence. Some flexibility will also be necessary as some occasional site visits may be required.

Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Project Manager in construction, landscaping, or recreational sectors is essential to this role, as is comprehensive knowledge of costing and financial management of projects up to £100,000.

It goes without saying that you will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, inspire and support teams and liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders. You will have excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and can easily manage multiple priorities.

In return we are offering a competitive package, between £50,000 per annum and £55,000 per annum depending on experience, fantastic workplace benefits and the opportunity for progression.
