NT Killingley Ltd, an award-winning landscape company & family run business that currently has over 100 employees, are recruiting for an Experienced Soft Landscaping Site Manager. Salary dependant on experience.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a committed Soft Landscaping Site Manager to join our successful team. Working within a well organised, managed, and supportive environment, you will be an important part of the operational management team.

Reporting to a Contract Manager and working in conjunction with Estimators and Quantity Surveyors, you will be responsible for on-time delivery of a variety of Landscaping projects, working to the highest standards, and maintaining an excellent health and safety record.

Minimum Requirements:

- Full UK Driving Licence

- SMSTS qualified and hold a valid CSCS card.

- Experience and time served in Delivering and Managing the below Soft Landscaping Tasks –

Ø Large scale woodland and shrub planting

Ø Mature tree planting

Ø Seeding & Turfing

Ø Timber & Agricultural Fencing

Ø Street Furniture Installation

Ø General Landscaping Duties

- Excellent communication skills.

- Excellent commercial awareness.

- Excellent contractual awareness.

- Personable and a team player.

Responsibilities:

- Act as a company representative on site, building and maintaining good relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders

- Preparation and Management of H&S documents

- Preparation of information required for site file, upkeep of site file thereafter and return to office upon completion of works

- Management of Quality Assurance

- Supervision, motivation, and support of all employees and sub-contractors under your control

- Application and conformance to company ethos and a strong display of company values

- Ensure that all staff are inducted and working in line with the SHEQ policy and arrangements

- Briefings to foreman so they understand their responsibilities and ensure the smooth and safe running of the site

- Achieve gross profit margin targets

- Strong and efficient programme management

- Site set up and maintain security provisions at all times

- Inspection of plant, equipment, and materials

- Planning, forecasting, and organising resources

- Accurate daily record keeping and reporting

- Monitor and report staff performance through KPI’s scores

- Ensure Weekly Site Records are completed accurately and submitted timely

- Ensure daily cost records and measures are kept and so NTK cost controls can be updated with PQS
