Full job description

GP Brickwork & Landscaping is looking for an experienced and reliable Groundworker to join our team, working on projects across Kent and the South East. We are a small company looking to grow.

We’re looking for someone with proven experience in groundwork, patios and paving who takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

This is an opportunity to work directly with our team. We are not looking to subcontract work to other companies or subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Laying patios and paving to a high standard.
  • Preparing, levelling and setting out ground.
  • Carrying out general groundwork and landscaping duties.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
  • Working independently and alongside the team to complete projects efficiently.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in groundwork, particularly patios and paving.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
  • Must be aged 25 or over for company vehicle insurance purposes.
  • Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
  • Good attention to detail and pride in the quality of work.

Pay and Benefits

  • Pay rate based on experience.
  • Paid weekly via CIS.
  • Company vehicle available for the right candidate.

Pay: £150.00-£220.00 per day
