An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Perennial Landscapes as a Foreman!

We are looking for an experienced individual in soft landscaping to join our growing business.

The Company

Perennial Landscapes was founded in 2012 and has grown a solid customer base and we are now looking for an individual who can carry out the role as a full time Foreman.

We provide landscaping, fencing and minor groundworks to organisations throughout the midlands and wider country.

About The Role

· You will be responsible for ensuring work is completed to the expected standards in line with the contract agreements.

· Guide and support teams to maintain safe working practices.

· Provide leadership to supervisors and operatives instilling our company values and communicating professionally.

· Ensure teams have the correct materials and plant for sites.

· Communicate well with stakeholders to provide an excellent service and professional standards.

· Use Reflow system to complete site checks.

· Understand the scope of works, drawings and specification alongside identifying any variations or changes.

· Deputise for the Project manager where required.

· Report any issues encountered during site visits to the project manager, coordinator or HR as applicable.

· Provide training and support to teams.

· Attend site meetings and provide valuable input.

The right candidate will have experience within landscaping in a management position, a valid driving license, valid and in date SSSTS & CSCS and leadership experience. We are also keen to hear from landscapers who are in a supervisor position and are ambitious to take their career to the next level.

Experience:

• Foreman: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• CSCS (required)
• Driving Licence (required)
• SSSTS or SMSTS (required)
