Due to continued growth Branchwalkers Northeast Landscapes are looking to recruit a full time Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our friendly and hard working team.

Employment is subject to passing a trial.

We are looking for positive, enthusiastic and motivated individuals who work well as a team but can also use their own initiative when necessary.

Candidates must have a positive mindset ,a good work ethic and be proficient in all aspects of grounds maintenance/landscaping.

Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence and be experienced in towing would be advantageous.

Candidates must be competent and have at least 1 years experience in operating ride on mowers and using numerous hand held machinery.

Fitness to handle the physical requirements of the job is essential.

Candidates will be responsible for Grounds Maintenance to a high standard. Duties such as but not limited to: Grass cutting, Strimming, Hedge Cutting, Weeding, Application of Chemicals, Shrub Border Maintenance, Litter picking, Vegetation removal, General area tidy up.

The candidates will be required to undertake winter maintenance and landscaping works outside of summer maintenance season.

Candidates must be able to use App based scheduling system reporting on daily sites, maintain vehicles, equipment and machinery used.

Candidates must be confident in reporting issues or problems on site or using their own initiative.

Work within set timescales meeting set targets and standards of work safely in accordance with Risk Assessment and Method Statements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
