We're That Pond Guy, a friendly, growing pond specialist company based in Kent, and we're on the lookout for another enthusiastic, hardworking person to join our team!

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Cleaning, maintaining and restoring ponds of all shapes and sizes.
  • Building and renovating ponds, waterfalls and water features.
  • Installing and repairing pumps, filters, UV systems and other pond equipment.
  • Looking after fish, aquatic plants and pond ecosystems.
  • Tackling everything from small garden ponds to impressive koi ponds and large lakes.
  • Working alongside a friendly team on a wide variety of projects.
  • Making sure our customers are delighted with the results!

What Are We Looking For?

  • Someone hardworking, reliable and happy to get their hands dirty!
  • A positive attitude and a great team player.

  • Good practical skills and a knack for problem-solving.
  • A friendly, professional attitude towards customers.
  • Physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on role.
  • A willingness to learn new skills and take on different challenges.

Experience in pond maintenance, landscaping, construction, plumbing or similar trades would be a bonus, but it's not essential. We're much more interested in finding the right person!

Why Join That Pond Guy?

  • No two days are the same – plenty of variety and interesting projects.
  • Work outdoors – swap the office for gardens, ponds and beautiful locations.
  • Learn new skills – opportunities to develop your knowledge and experience.
  • Be part of a great team – we're a small, friendly business where everyone plays an important role.
