Are you a skilled and motivated hard landscaper who wants to work for a fast-growing garden design and build company? Do you relish the opportunity of being part of our team to help deliver outstanding gardens for our clients? If that sounds like you then we have an exciting opportunity for a Landscape Team Leader, with the ability to manage projects to a very high standard and work as part of a team within our award-winning company.

A bit about you:

To be successful in this role you will have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and be able to lead, organise and motivate your team to deliver high end gardens for our clients in the West Midlands and the surrounding areas. You will have a keen eye for detail and a proven track record in all aspects of landscape construction. You will work well with others and have a friendly and approachable manner at all times. As the first point of contact with our clients, you will have excellent communication skills and a professional and approachable manner at all times. You will be flexible, hardworking and enjoy the challenge that comes with working in a rapidly growing company. You will be responsible for a team of landscapers and must have great people skills and be able to organise and motivate your team.

A bit about us:

Landscapia is a fast-growing garden design and build company working throughout the West Midlands and surrounding areas. We design and build gardens that are built with the highest quality workmanship and finished to the highest of standards. Great customer service and communication are at the heart of everything we do and are key to delivering our clients with a seamless experience, from initial enquiry through to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee landscaping projects on time and on budget
  • Organise and lead a team of 2 -3 landscapers on site
  • Plan, prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Ability to problem solve, think logically and plan ahead

Key Skills:

  • Relevant experience/qualification in landscaping
  • Understanding design drawings and setting out of sites and levels
  • Laying all types of paving
  • Installing blockwork, brickwork, wall cladding and coping stones
  • Construction of composite decking, timber/composite fencing and timber structures
  • Shrub and tree planting
  • Turfing, seeding and laying artificial grass
  • Adhere to H&S guidelines and wear correct PPE
  • UK Driving Licence
