Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Landscape maintenance team leader to join our team. As a Landscape maintenance team leader, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces for our clients. Your duties will include garden and grounds keeping tasks, utilizing both power and hand tools to maintain landscapes.

Duties:
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning
- Plant and cultivate flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants
- Operate power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Utilize hand tools for digging, planting, and other landscaping tasks
- Build structures such as fences, pathways, and retaining walls
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas

Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field preferred
- Knowledge of power tools commonly used in landscaping
- Proficiency in using hand tools for various landscaping tasks
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

An opportunity for an experienced soft Landscaper maintenance team leader to join an expanding Landscaping company based in Leicestershire. Immediate start available

Responsibilities will include:

mowing, strimming, blowing

Shrub planting / tree planting
