WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking experienced and preferably qualified landscapers and maintenance operatives who take pride in their work, have a positive mindset to work as a team player and have skills that will lead you to progress within the company.

We expect all our team members to maintain great relationships, not only within the company, but also with our clients, designers and architects.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The Outdoor Room is offering positions as:

  • a professional landscape team leader/foreman. Must be highly skilled in both hard and soft landscaping with a focus on motivating their team and helping them develop.
  • a professional landscape gardener. Must be highly skilled in both hard and soft landscaping.
  • a trainee landscape gardener. Must have enthusiasm to learn all aspects of the landscape construction industry, including both hard and soft landscaping.

The skills and communication you bring to the company are vital and it’s important to us that our staff are greatly valued.

Driving is preferred.

Salary £20,000.00 - £40,000.00

Your salary will be dependant on your skill level, experience and references.

Hours are 7.30am – 4-30pm on site, Monday to Friday with two 30 minute breaks.

If over 25, there may be an opportunity for you to use a company vehicle, however you must be in possession of a full clean driving licence.

  • Do you live within a short drive to our base near Horsham, West Sussex as travel from here to site for a 7.30am start can be at least another hour.
