Full job description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tractor Driver / Landscaper to join our team. This role combines agricultural machinery operation with hands-on landscaping work, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining land and grounds to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating tractors and related machinery safely and efficiently
  • Carrying out groundworks, grading, mowing, and site preparation
  • Landscaping duties including planting, turfing, fencing, and maintenance
  • Basic machinery checks and routine maintenance
  • Working as part of a team to complete projects on time and to specification
  • Following all health and safety procedures on site

Requirements:

  • Proven experience driving tractors or similar agricultural machinery
  • Experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or construction work
  • Relevant licences or certifications
  • Good practical skills and physical fitness
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic
