West Lindsey Landscapes Ltd is a project management company providing landscaping consultation, design, implementation, and maintenance within the commercial sector.
We are a family-orientated business, operating out of our base in Lincolnshire, serving our clients throughout Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Yorkshire, and Derbyshire.

Salary: From £25,000 to £30,000
Location: Lincolnshire
Job Type: Full Time 40 hours per week minimum
This is a fixed-term contract of 12 months, with a probationary period of 3 months. During the 12 months, you will be assessed with staff performance reviews, which will aid the company in determining areas for your personal development.

Entry Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year experience in soft landscaping.
- Must be a safe, effective, and experienced driver.
- Must have good standards (quality and pace) of essential landscaping skills, particularly ground preparation for turf laying, planting, and seeding.
- Experience in the safe operation of machinery/equipment.
- CSCS card essential.
Job Description
To undertake landscaping duties as a part of our established teams, collaborating with team leaders and site supervisors to achieve high quality finishes within specific time frames.

· We are looking for an experienced ‘on the tool’s landscaper that has the drive and ambition to progress in our company. Wanting to work towards becoming a team leader / site supervisor.
· Maybe you’re a self-employed landscaper and do not want the stress of running your own business?
You will be responsible for
· Working together with your team to complete projects to our high quality standards.
· Making sure the areas that you are working on are kept clean and tidy.
· Meeting targets set by team leaders and site supervisors.
· Being punctual to our Lincoln site.
You will need to be hard working, committed, physically fit, have a great attention to detail, and want to feel proud of your work because it’s the quality and professionalism of our work that sets us apart from our competitors.
