Are you looking for a hands-on role in a professional landscaping company with a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship? RB Landscapes is expanding, and we are looking for a hardworking and reliable Landscape Operative to join our team!

Job Type: Full-time self employed basis (CIS)

About Us:

RB Landscapes is a Bedfordshire-based company specializing in all aspects of hard landscaping, garden rooms, and more. We take pride in creating high-quality outdoor spaces for our clients, delivering exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in all areas of hard landscaping, including patios, decking, fencing, and driveways
  • Helping to construct garden rooms and outdoor structures
  • Operating tools and machinery safely and efficiently
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
  • Working as part of a team to meet project deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in landscaping (hard landscaping experience preferred but not essential)
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Must have own transport to get to and from site
