Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various construction projects by performing essential groundwork tasks. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Duties

  • Carry out excavation and earthmoving activities as directed and independantly.
  • Operate hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently to complete groundworks tasks, including using diggers, track barrows etc
  • Prepare protect and maintain sites, ensuring they are clean and organised at all times, these are customers homes and therefore consideration applied.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety regulations.
  • Report any issues or concerns regarding site safety or equipment functionality to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in groundworks or and construction in drivewways paths patios and sleeper work is essential.
  • Ability to operate basic construction tools and machinery safely.
  • Strong physical fitness and stamina, with the capability to lift heavy materials when required.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
  • A valid CSCS card is advantageous but not mandatory; training can be provided for the right candidate.
  • A commitment to following general health and safety guidelines on-site.
