JOB TITLE: LANDSCAPER operative and Team Leaders

SALARY:. £14.30ph based on a 45hr week.

Carrier Landscapes are looking to recruit a number of motivated, enthusiastic and reliable Landscapers to join our operations team located at Carrier Lindrick Site, worksop , S81 8BB .

The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate outstanding reliability and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You will be enthusiastic, energetic and motivated and understand the critical importance that team-work and cooperation have in achieving results.

You will be able to demonstrate an impeccable work-ethic and be physically fit and capable of carrying out all aspects of Landscaping duties. If you have little or no experience, you must be capable of taking instructions from more experienced team members and be able to look, listen, learn and contribute to your teams efforts.

You will have pride in your work and have an eye for details, whilst ensuring that you deliver an excellent product to our customers. You will take pride in your appearance and understand that you represent the company whilst at work.

You will understand the importance of Health and Safety and be able to conduct yourself and your work in accordance with the company’s Health and Safety policies. You will also fully comply with client Safe Systems of work and policies whilst working on projects.

Previous experience is desirable, but not essential as training will be provided. You will also be required to obtain your LISS/CSCS card (Company can assist in this).

You will have a full UK driving license (preferably no more than 3 penalty points).

Your working hours will be approximately Monday-Friday 7.00am – 5.00pm. Overtime is paid at time and a half for all hours worked over your contracted hours. Additional financial bonuses are available (Completion bonuses and profit share).
