Overview

We’re looking for an experienced landscaper who can also take the lead on site and help run a small team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows landscaping inside and out, takes pride in their work and is confident enough to lead a team and keep jobs running smoothly.

You’ll be working alongside the team on a range of landscaping jobs, while also helping organise the work, keep standards high and make sure everything gets done properly.

What we’re looking for

  • At least 5 years’ experience in landscaping, ideally with experience leading a team.
  • Strong knowledge of general landscaping and maintenance.
  • Someone confident taking responsibility for a job and leading others.
  • A good eye for detail and pride in the quality of your work.
  • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools and landscaping equipment.
  • Physically fit and happy getting stuck into the work.
  • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Reliable, hardworking and someone the rest of the team can rely on.
  • Good communication skills and a common-sense approach.
  • A driving licence is preferred as we work across different sites.

The role

You’ll be working as part of the team but will also take the lead on jobs when required. This means helping organise the team, keeping everyone on track, making sure work is completed to a good standard and stepping in to help wherever needed.

Pay: £12.71-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 – 40.0 per week
