Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and organised Landscaping Manager to oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure the smooth running of all projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage resources efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise, and oversee landscaping projects to ensure timely completion.

• Recruit, organise, and manage the landscaping team, ensuring all team members are effectively allocated to maximise efficiency.

• Liaise with clients and suppliers to maintain good relationships and ensure the delivery of high-quality materials and services.

• Ensure tools and equipment are properly organised, maintained, and kept in working order.

• Maintain vans and vehicles in good condition, ensuring they are clean and ready for use.

• Supervise the team to ensure work is carried out to the highest standard, with a focus on attention to detail.

• Maximise efficiency and productivity to complete jobs quickly and cost-effectively without compromising quality.

• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, timesheets, and ordering materials.

Requirements:

• Full, Clean UK driving licence.

• Proven experience in landscaping or a related field.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

• Experience in recruiting and managing teams.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to manage and motivate a team.

• Knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment maintenance.

• A keen eye for detail and commitment to high standards.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
