POSITION OVERVIEW

We are currently looking for an ambitious individual to support Landstruction’s further expansion within our fencing department. This role will be based on sites across the North West, operating out of our depo in Exton.

The dedicated role is required to carry out fencing and timber-work installations as well as supervising and monitoring day to day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the organisation and planning of work including resources, deliveries, equipment, and materials to carry out projects effectively.

The successful candidate will also be required to liaise with site managers and customers as appropriate to deliver quality and achieve timescales.

Previous fencing experience in a supervisory role along with the highest standards of workmanship as well as a good knowledge of Health & Safety is essential to this position.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years-experience within a similar role
• CSCS card
• IOSH Health & Safety Certificate or SSSTS

• SSSTS (Site Supervisor's Safety Training Scheme) (Preferred)

Pay: Competitive hourly and metre rate based on experience

• Yearly bonus
