  • Deliver great customer service internally and externally
  • Ensure the health, safety and wellbeing for self and others, always complying with Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Personal Qualities

  • Reliable, organised, hard-working

  • Works tidily and can encourage a similar culture across the team
  • Enjoy a physical work environment in all weathers (including manual lifting), and be prepared to multi-task
  • Self-starter with an ability to problem-solve, and a determination to maintain highest standards of organisation
  • Ability and willingness to effectively adapt to change
  • Prepared to assist other teams where required to ensure output
  • Effectively communicate with all colleagues, clients, and suppliers
  • To contribute to the development and success of the team and the company
  • Have the enthusiasm to learn and develop new skills and techniques
  • Desire to progress and learn to achieve personal growth and job satisfaction
