Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our existing clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Duties:
- Analyse client accounts to identify areas for growth and upselling opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies to meet client needs and objectives
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any enquiries or concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Provide regular reports and updates on account status and progress
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients
Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or similar role
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred
- A people person, who can build relationships with ease, both internally and externally.
