We're looking for an ‘on the tools’ landscaping supervisor to run a team for our domestic landscaping company.

Are you friendly, enthusiastic, and with a great positive attitude? Do you believe you have higher standards, and have the maturity to run a team? Well, we believe you could be a perfect fit for our company.

You’ll be responsible for 4 major roles within our Lincolnshire based domestic landscaping company:

1. Working with your team to transform domestic gardens,

2. Creating beautiful outdoor landscapes for our clients,

3. Providing amazing customer service, and

4. Meeting targets.

You’ll need to be well presented because we have company uniforms, you'll need to be trustworthy because we give you space to become better, and you must be punctual because our gardens work to a tight schedule.

You’ll also need to be hard working, committed, have great attention to detail, and want to feel proud of your work because it's the quality of our garden projects that set us apart from everyone else in our field.

You’ll need extensive experience in hard landscaping including;

• Groundworks (dig and prep)
• Paving
• Small amounts of brickwork
• Fencing
• General hard landscaping

Pay starts from £30K a year and can be reviewed depending on skills.
