ALS Landscaping is an award winning local business, covering Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire, creating quality dream gardens for our clients.

Are you the amazing landscaping team leader we’ve been looking for?

If you are you’ll be hardworking, reliable and trustworthy, and confident enough to lead a team with little guidance. You'll be receiving a basic salary dependant on experience of £25-37K pa, plus the opportunity to increase that with a performance bonus of £2000 to £4000pa, and the use of a company van.

This job will never be boring.

The applicant who gets this role will hold a high level of importance in our organisation.

This is a progressive role within the company for the right candidate

Duties and responsibilities:

· Be able to lay a variety of paving and blocks to a high standard

· Be able to complete landscaping jobs from start to completion unsupervised

· Be able to lead a team

- Hold a full UK Driving Licence

You will need to have these skills:

· Hardworking

· Reliable and trustworthy

· Able to lead a team and delegate tasks

· Ability to run a project with very little guidance

· Motivated

· Adaptable to change

· And… excellent customer service skills
