Landscape Supervisor

Tenure: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm.

Salary: From £37,440 per annum, Company Vehicle & Fuel Card

Annual Leave: 28 days

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our talented team.

The Role:
As Landscape Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate a team of skilled staff to deliver high-quality soft and hard landscaping projects throughout the year. You will play a pivotal role in organising, planning and executing a wide range of landscaping projects, ensuring that each one meets our exacting standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and managing a skilled team to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Overseeing the day-to-day planning and organisation of landscaping works.
• Collaborating closely with clients to bring their landscaping visions to life.
• Ensuring all projects are complete on time, within budgets and to the highest of standards.
• Managing tools, equipment and plant to maintain operational efficiency.
• Upholding health and safety regulations across all projects.

About You:
We are looking for a detail-oriented leader with strong project management skills and a passion for landscaping. The ideal candidate will be proactive, dependable and dedicated to fostering long-term growth within our company.

Essential Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in similar role.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Comprehensive knowledge of landscape construction, including tools, equipment, and plant.
• Proven experience in supervising and managing teams.
• A strategic mindset with a drive for professional growth.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
