Full job description

Typical work may include:

  • Garden clearance and general garden tidy-ups
  • Grass cutting and lawn maintenance
  • Hedge and shrub trimming
  • Weeding and clearing overgrown areas
  • Removing leaves, branches and general outdoor debris
  • External window cleaning
  • Pressure washing and outdoor cleaning when required
  • Property clearance and general clean-up work
  • Lifting and moving items when required
  • Other basic property and grounds maintenance tasks

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving licence – essential
  • Able to travel between client locations
  • Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor/manual work
  • Reliable, punctual and professional
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Practical and confident using basic tools and equipment
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Self-employed or willing to register as self-employed

Previous experience in gardening, grounds maintenance, external cleaning or similar practical work is preferred, but versatility and reliability are particularly important.

Nexalvia can provide equipment for specific jobs where required. Applicants who already have suitable tools or equipment are welcome, but owning equipment is not essential.

Work is offered on a job-by-job basis, depending on client demand and availability. There are no guaranteed minimum hours and no obligation to accept every job.

Pay: From £15.00 per hour
