Dear candidates,

We are a leading landscaping company in Cornwall and are looking to expand the team.

A skilled labourer will be involved with the following tasks as part of a team:

  • Groundworks & Construction – carry out tasks such as digging, levelling, setting out, and assisting with paving, decking, fencing, and retaining walls.
  • Planting & Soft Landscaping – prepare soil, lay turf, plant trees/shrubs, and maintain gardens to a high standard.
  • Use of Tools & Machinery – operate hand tools, power tools, and small plant (e.g. compactors, mixers, saws) safely and efficiently.
  • Health & Safety Compliance – follow site safety procedures, maintain a tidy work area, and use PPE correctly.
  • Teamwork & Reliability – work effectively with site managers and colleagues, communicate well, and deliver high-quality work to deadlines.

Candidates will require a full clean driving licence and their own transport.

We are Falmouth based however work all over the south of Cornwall.

The right candidate will be hardworking and fit and want to progress through the company during this exciting time in our growth.

Initially, candidates will need to be CIS registered.
