Job Overview

We are seeking several motivated and energetic Landscapers/Labourers to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are beautiful, safe, and functional. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work and attention to detail will contribute to creating inviting environments for clients and communities alike. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in landscaping and construction-related tasks while working in a supportive team environment.

Duties

  • Perform landscaping and labouring duties safely and efficiently
  • Assist with landscaping activities like planting, turfing, seeding, fencing, paving, kerbing and other duties as required to create pristine outdoor spaces
  • Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met
  • Follow safety protocols at all times during work activities to prevent accidents or injuries
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards

Experience

  • Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, horticulture or groundskeeping is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Familiarity with mechanical knowledge related to outdoor equipment and tools is advantageous
  • Hands-on experience with power tools, hand tools, is a plus
  • Construction experience or background in landscaping or horticulture will help you excel in this role
  • Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions with stamina and enthusiasm
  • Full clean driving licence is a benefit
