Job Title: Wainwrights Food and Beverage Assistant

Reports to: Wainwrights Manager

Salary: £25,862.46

Hours: 39 per week

Schedule: 5 days over 7

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Wainwright’s Inn
Our traditional Lakeland inn is located just a short stroll from the Langdale Estate at the foot of the Langdale Valley. Offering authentic Cumbrian hospitality, quality cask ales, hearty country fare and commanding views of the surrounding fells, Wainwright’s Inn is a favourite for our guests, locals, and walkers alike. The genuine warmth provided by our team are what keep our guests returning time and time again.

Our Wainwrights Food and Beverage Assistants
In this dynamic role at Langdale, you'll ensure seamless food and beverage operations. Your role involves advising guests with precision on operational service times and available menus. Efficiently processing customer orders and upholding the highest standards in food and beverage presentation are central to your responsibilities.

As part of the team, you'll contribute to maintaining a well-stocked bar area, recording liquor and bar wastage diligently. Upholding cleanliness standards, responding promptly to guest requests, and exceeding expectations are priorities for an exceptional customer experience. Your adept handling of challenges includes addressing customer complaints promptly.

Directly interacting with stakeholders, you'll maintain the highest levels of customer service. Additionally, your supportive role within the Wainwrights team and the broader Langdale Food & Beverage team will contribute to overall efficiency and success. Join us and play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences at Langdale.
